The Gibson Custom Shop Traveling Exhibit has been touring, the east coast.

We were able to catch them in Margate (north Fort Lauderdale) this friday.

The gentleman / host with the exhibit was gracious enough to allow us some photos, so we could give you a peek at what it's all about. Anyone can visit, it was open to the general public

On the outside, right away, you know it's the famous Gibson brand exhibit. It was a cloudy day (after 2 days or solid rain), but fortunately, it was clear enough around 4:00 pm to grab a few photos and view the inside exhibit in a casual manner.

There were several guests inside, we were all looking over great Gibson Guitars. There were many examples, many of them rare, some vintage, giving you a broad range of products and designs. Not to mention some history.

This is not just a museum, there is a stool in front of the guitars, allowing you to plug right in and try them out. Is that cool or what?

Some of the visitors and the host were talking about Gibson products, various past and present models. Clearly these were die hard Gibson fans.

A few of the guitars were in glass cases, but the rest, while on display, were for sale. In fact, a few hooks were empty, I believe those were probably sold on previous tour stops.
